All of this will be considered in the final drawing. The design will be based on our consultation and your preferences. Ultimately your budget will determine which elements are considered in the project.
Design of a garden includes several options to choose from with your preferences always in mind. Scaled drawings and/or a 3D drawing will give you a virtual feel of the space. Our design service incurs a fee which is priced according to the size of your garden and the detailing required.
This takes all agreed design details into account and puts everything discussed in writing. Our payment plan is contingent on the scale of the project. We usually require 50% before commencement and 50% on completion. This allows for buying materials and paying wages. Our VAT rate is 13.5% which will be outlined in your quotation.
